  • Anyone that twists turns walks runs jumps or twirls, basically meaning everyone, must go to cryotherapy!! Played sports my entire life and in the fitness industry for 30 years and this has been a lifesaver... So glad one has opened up across the street from my house! Yeah for CRYO CARE!!

I have chronic inflamation, which effects every part of my body from my dry eyes , arthritis, stomach and esophagus, to my moods. I have experienced more energy, feeling more positive and a reduction of my arthritis, esophagus and stomach pain. I have also noticed a reduction of cellulite and have had some weightloss.   • I was a total skeptic when I dragged my husband and another friend in here on a Sunday afternoon. I absolutely HATE tone cold and was concerned I might freak out in the tube! After a session in the tube and a cryofacial I was sold! (And bought a package). I was totally rejuvenated from both of the treatments. Honestly, I felt GREAT! (Luckily, I don't have any major injuries that flare up, but I understand it is supposed to help with the pain.)

    I can't say enough about the cryofacial which I could definitely see/feel the skin tightening and sun spots lightening. My friend from New York loved it so much he researched a cryo location near his home and bought a package there. (Though he says it's hard to compare to Cryocare USA Laguna!)

    Sam (the owner) is a very welcoming energy, and I adore Mel! They are both great at chit chatting your mind away from thinking about the cold while in the tube.

    I am a huge believer of cryotherapy as it has helped my arthritis substantially. These treatments have decreased the amount of pain in my joints and helps speed up muscle recovery.
    FYI - Laguna Beach parking is a bit rough but all in all a great experience.
    I Highly recommend CryoCareUSA if you have body aches, pain and damaged or fatigued muscles.

  • Obsessed is an understatement! I am spin instructor who has benefited greatly from Cyrotherapy as my recovery. There is no way I could get through teaching 12 classes a week without it. Every time I do a full body treatment, I leave without soreness and a boost of extra energy. Since it is a 3 minute treatment, it is very convenient and easy to get in and out quickly. The staff is amazing and they make you feel very comfortable especially when you are new to it! Give it a try, I promise you will not regret it!!!!

  • First timer for Cryo therapy... Started with the cryo-facial, a 10-minute process that is relaxing, refreshing and, according to my wife, rejuvenating. She said my skin looked smoother and that's after just one treatment! I also did the full-body cryo therapy.which is an invigorating experience that left me feeling awake and alert and generally feeling great.   • I had hip pain for over a year (big deal for a woman to experience that kind of pain) and I had the Chryo spot treatment done on it- that night the pain was completely gone - I seriously couldn't believe it because I thought how something so simple could actually work -I highly recommend it to anybody experiencing any swelling, pain, inflammation and fatigue.

  • Such a great experience. The staff is very friendly and informed. I also took my son in. He plays tackle football and had a bruised/strained finger. He did a full body treatment and a local treatment to his finger. The bruising & swelling was gone the very next day and the pain was lessoned. It's a great way to treat your body to some extra TLC. We will keep going.

I loved the facility and the employees there were ready to answer any questions I might of had. I had soar knees and a bad back, for me it was an instant relief when I got out, I felt more awake and alert along with the feeling of a runners high. I can see it as a refreshing way to start your day. I also really like the option to get the facials included in the packages, I first noticed my skin was softer and my pores were smaller. I was in and out with both treatments in 15 min and I was on with the rest of my day :)
